A few helpful things to know.
Every immigration matter depends on its facts and current program rules. These general answers explain how to start a conversation with Dolphin Immigration.
Questions we often hear.
For advice about a specific situation, bring the relevant facts and timelines to a consultation.
Do you only serve Calgary?
Dolphin Immigration is based in Calgary and supports clients across Canada through remote consultations.
What does an initial consultation cost?
The online booking page currently lists a 20-minute consultation for CAD $70 plus GST. Confirm appointment details on Square when booking.
Can anyone guarantee an immigration approval?
No. Government authorities make immigration decisions. We can help explain requirements and prepare an application carefully, but no representative can promise an outcome.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Bring current status details, relevant application history, key dates and any letters or requests. You do not need to have every document ready before asking what information is needed.
Can you review a refusal or procedural fairness letter?
Yes. We can discuss the letter, the application history and the next steps that may be available. Contact us promptly if it includes a response period or deadline.
Does the Alberta points calculator decide eligibility?
No. It estimates points on the AAIP Worker EOI grid. Eligibility and selection depend on additional criteria and current program priorities.
Can I send my passport or UCI number using the contact form?
No. The contact form is for a brief, non-sensitive message. Do not include passport numbers, UCI numbers, financial information or sensitive documents.
